INTERNATIONAL GRAMMAR SCHOOL

“Artemis Project and their tutors truly go above and beyond, my son has been tutored by Caitlin for almost a year now, and she is so dedicated and committed. My son is normally very adverse to receiving tutoring, however with Caitlin, he is comfortable and happy, and this is reflected in his progress at school. I highly recommend the tutors at Artemis”

frequently asked questions

  • It's a free 30-minute get-to-know chat with a potential tutor. We'll learn about your circumstances, how things are going so far, your goals for the year and the term, and if there's anything in particular you're struggling with — without the pressure of a paid, timed lesson.

  • Either! We'll work with tutor availability and whatever's easiest for you.

  • It’d be great if both a parent and the student can attend. If this isn’t possible, either is fine :)

  • Nope — just show up. If you'd like to email through past exams, teacher feedback, or NAPLAN results beforehand that's great, but it's by no means a necessity.

  • Absolutely! If you'd like to meet a few tutors before deciding, go for it.

  • We use Google Meet. You'll receive a reminder email 24 hours before your lesson with a link to join.

  • We primarily service areas a 30 minute drive from UNSW and USYD.

Not sure if that covers your area?

Get in touch — we're sure we can make it work.

  • We absolutely can. Our tutors take a warm, grounded approach that works well for students who need more than just content delivery. Reach out and we can talk through what your child needs.

  • Lessons can be booked in 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour blocks (1 hour minimum).

  • If lessons are held at your home, we do ask that an adult is in the house during the session. If that's tricky to arrange, we're happy to meet at a public location like a library instead.

  • We create a shared Google Doc for each student with a log of every lesson — content covered, relevant links, and any homework for the next week. Parents can check in whenever they like.
