In person, our tutors currently work across the Inner West (Camperdown, Glebe, Ultimo, Newtown, Enmore, Erskineville, Macdonaldtown, Darlington, St Peters, Marrickville, Petersham), Randwick and Kensington, Strathfield, Concord, Campsie and Canterbury, the Lower North Shore (Chatswood, North Sydney, Crows Nest, Lane Cove, Northbridge, Castlecrag), Ryde, Mascot, and the St George area (Bexley, Earlwood, Riverwood, Roselands). Yes, and you never have to ask. Every student has a shared file, sent straight to your email, that logs every lesson: what was covered, what your child achieved, and the next steps. You can open it any time you like to see exactly where they're at.

Everyone involved with Artemis, tutors included, holds a valid Working With Children Check. More than that, they go through an in-depth interview with us to ensure they can not only teach to build a student's confidence, but support their wellbeing too. Ensuring every tutor can help your child feel confident in their education and supported in their emotions as they build the skills that will carry them well past the HSC.

When you subscribe, you'll receive a confirmation email with a booking link at the bottom.

You can also hit the Next Session button on our website to log in to the booking platform and book your next lesson. Easy.

If your tutor books for you, you don’t need to worry. We have it all covered on the back end to match your session to your subscription.

Lessons can be booked in 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour blocks (1 hour minimum). If you're on a 2-hour-per-week plan, there's no reason you can't book a shorter session and save the extra hours for exam time. Your hours, your choice.

No stress. We don't charge cancellation fees, and the lesson won't be deducted from your subscription. Just let your tutor know via phone or email, and we'll sort out a catch-up session at another time.

Your tutor will reach out to reschedule, and no hours are deducted from your subscription. We'll find another time that works.

If something goes wrong and you can't continue the lesson, we'll just reschedule it. You won't be charged for it at all.

If lessons are held at your home, we do ask that an adult is in the house during the session. If that's tricky to arrange, we're happy to meet at a public location like a library instead.
