Charitable education support for all students.


No volunteers or donations needed.

  • We provide free online tutoring options to disadvantaged students, so anyone, no matter where they are, can get the support they need. 

    We maintain this on a one-to-one ratio of charitable to paid tutoring clients, building equitable access to education support, no matter your circumstance.

  • We prioritise hiring university student tutors from underprivileged backgrounds, paying them well for all of their time - not just time spent with paying clients.

    That way, the current generation of tertiary students are empowered to succeed in their studies and support their communities, without having to donate their time for free.

  • We’re building our options to include drop-in class support, complete course summary notes, and an AI-based tutor trained on NSW syllabus specific notes -  to give you the exact answers you need, any time you need them.

    Together these work to support high school students from any circumstance, preventing them from becoming frustrated with schooling by giving them options for support at every point.

    Working on a subscription format, they’ll also allow us to balance the tutors’ wages for all of our students – both charitable and private. Allowing us to provide charitable education support for students at all levels, without the need for donations or volunteers.

  • We aim to distribute any surplus profit to a foundation set up to directly fund university access scholarships. This allows us to support the next generation of great students to access education, no matter their circumstance.

Education is a pay-to-win system,
and that’s a problem

Academic support with private tutors is really (really) expensive.

If you can pay, you’re locked in to lessons. A full hour on the same subject every week, even if you just had a maths exam and the last thing you need is more algebra problems.

If you can’t afford support, you’re stuck googling or asking chatgpt.

Finding answers that even you know aren’t right, or talking about ‘Leibniz’s differential notation’ when you have no idea what a Leibniz is, let alone how it relates to the differential equation you asked it to solve.

It’s a problem that isn’t helped by just work harder

The pay-to-win issue doesn’t end at university.

While some students may afford rent or college without worry, others are stuck working 30-hour weeks just trying to get by.

Pulling a ten-hour overnight shift stacking shelves, despite having a physics final the next day.

The choice between grades and groceries, internships and internet costs is constant; leaving little time outside of work and study to volunteer or build a career, meaning less opportunity when the degree is done.

When I moved to Sydney for uni, everything I had planned to financially support myself whilst doing my second degree fell apart.

Spectacularly. In a week.

I figured I should probably do something about it. And in building a way to support myself through uni, I realised that a lot of other students were in the same boat. And that if I could fix it for me, I may as well give it a red hot crack fixing it for as many of them as possible too.

So I did.

The values that define who we are, and how we aim to be

    It’s the only way to a truly equitable solution. If we can't be honest about what works - and what doesn't - then we can't hope to fix it properly.

  • We want to find creative ways to solve education inequity problems - today. Not ten years from today.

    So we work - and work fast - to find more effective ways of addressing this problem; doing away with the traditional approach of charities to one that prioritises growth of impact.

  • Nothing gets done alone - at least for not very long. So we aim to support and encourage those around us to achieve their excellence.
