If your tutor books for you, you don’t need to worry. We have it all covered on the back end to match your session to your subscription.

No stress. We don't charge cancellation fees, and the lesson won't be deducted from your subscription. Just let your tutor know via phone or email, and we'll sort out a catch-up session at another time.

Absolutely! Your subscription hours are yours to use however you like - one subject, three subjects, or all of them. There's no lock-in on subjects, so switch it up whenever you need to.

If you're on an in-person subscription, you're welcome to book either online or in-person sessions - whichever suits you that week. If you're on an online subscription, sessions need to stay online, as we may not have a tutor available in your area for in-person support.

Yes! Any hours you don't use in a month will roll over to the next. So if life gets busy one week, those hours aren't going anywhere.

Your subscription is billed monthly at a flat rate, regardless of whether school is in or out. Your billing cycle starts from the date you subscribe, and it renews automatically each month.

Yes - as long as they're both in Years 7–10 or both in Years 11–12. We can't share a subscription between an HSC and a non-HSC student, but two students in the same bracket can absolutely share one plan.

You can! Just reach out to us via the contact page. If you're upgrading, we'll charge you the difference and your billing date stays the same. Easy.

Of course. If you need a break but don't want to cancel, just get in touch and we'll pause your subscription and extend the validity of your existing hours until you're ready to come back. We're flexible - just give us a yell.

Nope - no lock-in. You can subscribe for as little as one month and cancel any time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to the portal on the Next Session page and hitting the Manage Subscription button.

Once you cancel, you'll have one billing period (one month) to use up any remaining hours. After that, they'll expire.
