report an incident
EMPOWERING ACCESS TO EDUCATION, NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE
We understand that choosing to report a suspected incident is a scary process. We appreciate your courage in taking this step. You are absolutely doing the right thing by raising your concerns with us.
All the information we ask for through this process is completely confidential. No information will be disclosed outside of this process and investigation unless the person has a legitimate need to know. The information you do share will be sent to the Safeguarding Manager, and the members of the Incident Committee who will investigate the incident thoroughly.
If there is any suspicion of imminent physical harm, including sexual abuse we will notify the police immediately.
Throughout the investigation process, we will give the utmost support to both reporters and survivors, ensuring that their safety and their needs are being prioritised above all else. This includes providing both reporters and survivors with updates as to the process and results of the investigation.
Thank you again for your courage in reporting your concerns. It is absolutely the right thing to do, and is invaluable to help us ensure that everyone is kept safe and supported.
If you need any support during this time or have any questions regarding the reporting and investigation process, please feel free to reach out at connect@artemisproject.au or call or text 0436 838 428.
